WHAT IS CONCIERGE MEDICINE?

A healthcare approach where patients pay a monthly fee to their provider for enhanced access, personalized care, and a higher level of service. Through this service patients have easier access to healthcare with same or next day visits and communication via telephone calls or email.

CONCIERGE MEDICINE AT MOUNTAIN GLOW

At Mountain Glow, Heather Tribble NP values preventative care with an emphasis on proactive health management. You will receive a comprehensive yearly physical with a tailored plan for your health care preferences and specific needs.

​

Mountain Glow does not accept insurance payments and is a fee for service practice. However, insurance can be used for any outside labs or testing.

​

As a concierge patient you will have access to in-person or tele-health visits to accommodate your schedule in this busy on-the-go world. Prescriptions can easily be refilled without requiring an in-person visit and you will be able to reach your provider easily through text, phone call, or email.

No more waiting days to get a response from your provider.

Heather Tribble NP will also stay in communication with your other providers for continuity of care.

Concierge Medicine monthly $150 

Each additional family member is $85 monthly 

Concierge Medicine paid in full per year $1500

Each additional family member paid in full per year $900

Fees include office visits with Heather Tribble NP or any Telehealth appointments. This does not include, labs, medication, or any outside testing.
