Hormone optimization involves the use of hormones to treat various conditions related to hormonal imbalances.  At Mountain Glow we partner with Evexias Medical to provide bio-identical hormone pellets.

Bio-identical hormone pellets, are about the size of a grain of rice, are inserted under the skin, typically in the upper buttocks or lower abdomen, and release hormones into the bloodstream over several months.

 

What are EvexiPEL pellets?

 

Bioidentical Hormones:

The pellets contain bio-identical hormones, which are derived from plant sources and are structurally identical to the hormones naturally produced by the human body. 

 

Sustained Release:

Unlike other HRT methods, pellet therapy provides a steady, slow release of hormones, mimicking the body's natural hormone production. 

 

Convenience:

Patients typically require pellet insertions only 2-4 times per year, making it a convenient option compared to daily medication or frequent injections.

HORMONE THERAPY FOR MEN

PURPOSE:

Typically used for men with low testosterone levels due to aging (often referred to as andropause).

Treats symptoms such as low libido, fatigue, mood swings, muscle weakness, mental fog, sleep issues, and reduced bone density.

TYPES:

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): Administered through bioidentical methods such as pellets or with injections.

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG): Sometimes used in conjunction with TRT, it stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone naturally.

• Increases muscle mass, strength, and energy levels.

At Mountain Glow we use individualized treatment plans specific to each patient. At your initial appointment you can expect a thorough consultation including lab work drawn in clinic. You will then return to discuss your lab results and devise a treatment plan with Heather Tribble NP.

Monthly membership is mandatory and will include:

• medication cost

• quarterly office visit with lab draw 

• Lab draw interpretation

• Does not cover full yearly blood panel (can pay cash or use insurance)

Monthly Testosterone membership $150 

Consultation fee $175 (patient covers initial lab fee)

 

HORMONE REPLACEMENT MEMBERSHIP FOR PELLETS

Mountain Glow is now offering hormone replacement pellet memberships.

 

This is a monthly membership to spread out the cost of hormone therapy over a 12-month period.

 

Memberships consist of three pellet insertion sessions a year and an annual basic post pellet lab with an in-office review (Full lab panel will be an extra cost)

 

Memberships include a free B12 injection at each of your pellet appointments and 10% off nutraceuticals

 

Membership requires a 12-month commitment

 

HSA is accepted

 

Female pellet membership pricing $138 per month

 

Male pellet membership pricing $170 per month
